Lendlease and Multiplex go head-to-head on $500m Spire
The shortlist is in with Multiplex and Lendlease the final two runners in the $500m ACT Spire hospital project. The new facility, to be located on the existing Canberra Hospital Precinct, includes operating theatres, ICU, radiology, helipad, day surgery beds and more. The winner is expected to be announced in the coming weeks with stage 1 construction planned to be delivered in the first half of 2021.
