Hickory Appointed for $300m HOME development
Hickory Group has come out on top in the race to build Caydon Property’s $300m HOME development in Alphington. The 16 level building is another piece in the redevelopment of the old Amcor paper mill site and will sit on the corner of Chandler Hwy and Heidelberg Rd. The residential building is paired with the broader master-plan for the site which includes retail, commercial and a new school to service the new residents. Construction is underway and is forecast to be complete by mid-2022.
