Chadstone to expand again
Chadstone Shopping Centre owners Vicinity Centres has announced a new round of investment in the site following the opening of the landmark hotel development in 2019. A further $685m will be spent on the expansion including additional parking, a new food precinct and a 9 story office tower.
Community consultation is planned up to February 2020 with a final investment decision expected by mid-year.
